Our Associate Partners (APs) are the backbone of the daily operations of the organization. They are responsible to conduct rigorous research and provide recommendations on government policies.

Gloria Selorm Akpabla

Associate Partner (AP) in Charge of Administration and Client Relationship

Miss Gloria SelormAkpabla holds a BSc. in Biology from Morgan State University-Maryland, where she also served as a teaching assistant and tutor in the biology department. She is also pursuing an MBBS degree at Tianjin Medical University, China and hope to become a medical doctor. She has also Co-authored several research articles in oncology.

Gloria has worked as an undergraduate Researcher at the Patuxent Environmental and Aquatic Research Laboratory and also at the University of Maryland Center for Environmental Science. She has also participated in the NOAA Living Marine Resources Cooperative Science Center (LMRCSC) internship program.

She served as the Women’s Commissioner for the National Union of Ghana students-China (2019/2020) and as well as the chairlady for Women of virtue, Tianjin, China.

Gloria aspires aspire to be a great influencer in society in the areas of rural health infrastructure policy developments, health education and philanthropy. Her hobbies are Reading, cooking, listening to music, and chatting with friends.

Mr. Anyedina Emmanuel

Associate Partner in Charge of Accountancy and Financial Administration

Mr. Anyedina is a qualified professional accountant with over 20 years industrial work experience. He has worked across several sectors including health, insurance, aviation, mining and education. He is an expert in auditing and taxation and has developed personal interest in this field over the years. He is also a passionate researcher, a lecturer and independent consultant in finance and management strategies.

Mr. Anyedina holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Ghana, Mphil in leadership from the University of Professional Studies (UPSA-Ghana) and currently enrolled in an MBA Global program in University of South Wales- UK. He also qualified as Certified Chartered Accountant (CA-Ghana) in 2012.

Mr. Anyedina current research interest lies in using ethical leadership as a moderator for combating fraud in the public sector institutions. During his leisure time he likes to teach, research and travel.

Emmanuel Nii Martey

Associate Partner (AP) in Charge of Finance and Economic policies

Emmanuel holds a bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Geography. He is currently a banker with one of the reputable banks in Ghana and has invested quite a time in helping business start-ups.He is also aspiring to pursue an MSc degree in financial economics with major interest in micro-rural business financing. At his leisure time, he likes to play football and table tennis. Emmanuel is in charge of finance and economic policies, with specific interest in banking and central banking regulations.

Desmond Antwi Arthur

Associate Partner in Charge of Education and Agriculture Policies

Desmond Antwi Arthur is currently pursuing Master’s in Food Science in the Jiangsu University, with research focus on food preservations. He has extensively researched on the knowledge and use of contraceptives and currently working on beer powders using different drying methods.  As an aspiring young man, he participated in the ‘Interactive Education – Ghana’ pilot project and served as the Biology Coordinator and eventually the Science Coordinator for PROED Ghana Ltd (authorized resellers of SMARTBOARD and SMART Technologies products in Ghana). He is currently the leader of HeART Psychology Association, JSU.

To him, Poverty reduction through consumption of locally produced foods and drinks in Ghana and Africa is the future dream and forms the basis of his current research. When less busy, he loves to play soccer, write and listen to music.

Erasmus Nana Yaw Afari

Volunteer incharge of Energy Research

Erasmus holds a degree in petrochemical engineering and worked as a National Service Personnel in the Volta River Authority – Ghana. His research interest lies in energy and petroleum economics. His passion towards contribution to energy policies and discourse guided him to the team.
